FOMO: Pantone + Sephora color of the year

FOMO means fear of missing out, it's precipitated by lemming for limited edition collections which you might miss and never have a chance of owning, this leads to buying things impulsively. I definitely had this with the pastel goth palette, and currently I'm feeling it for the Pantone + Sephora  collaborations.
Most of them are long gone but still available on ebay and I just want to collect them all.

From a pastel palettes to unusual colored lipstick and lipgloss, there is something cohesive and explosive about each collection. This is what a limited edition collection should always be.

The packaging and the colors tend to be well thought out, plus the color of the year allows unusual colors blushes, lipsticks, and liners.

And did I mention how amazing the packaging is?

And the one for greenery this year by VDL Cosmetics + Pantone, very autumn inspired but the green still seems like the lone one out, perhaps the most unexpected color of the year.
